General

Payment

All bookings must be prepaid. If payment is not received, it will have to be processed with the driver before departure.

It is the responsibility of the client to verify the details of each booking. Any adjustment must be advised to Quebec Limo Service as quickly as possible to avoid any mistakes.

We guarantee every booking confirmed by e-mail. 

We are not responsible for events out of our control such as weather conditions, traffic, or accidents.

Waiting period

A 15 minutes waiting period will be allowed without additional charges at the departure location. Please call us at 833-7-QC-LIMO  as soon as possible if you will be late or unable to be there on time. A phone call will be placed to the person in charge of the booking, if no answer is provided, waiting time will be charged accordingly.

If you do not find your driver, please call us to help you find him. If you decide to leave, your booking will be fully charged as a no show.

Please note that arrivals by flight or train are tracked by our drivers using smart phone applications. The following waiting periods are applied:

Domestic arrival: 30 minutes after arrival at the gate

International arrival: 1H after arrival at the gate

The clients are responsible to verify the departure time of their train or flight. Please call us as soon as possible to modify a pickup time accordingly.

Cancellation

Please note that it is possible to cancel a booking up to 24 Hours before departure without any penalties. After that period, the booking will be charged completely.

After your cancellation is processed, an e-mail will be sent. If you do not receive it, please call us to confirm that your request has been processed.

Damages, smoking and Cleaning fee

It is strictly prohibited to smoke in our vehicles. A fine of 250$ will be charged on the invoice if such an event occurs.

Additional fees will be applied if equipment is broken during transportation.

A cleaning fee of 50$ will be applied if an excessive use or a person becomes sick in the car.

Lost and found

Quebec Limo Service is not responsible for lost objects in its cars. It is up to the client to verify if any objects have been left behind. Expedition fees are the responsibility of the client if they wish to retrieve the object.
